Our first event of the year is on January 21, 11:30am at Redstone Federal Credit Union. It's our annual, Ice Breaker Challenge 2020.

Definition - An ice breaker is an activity, game, or event that is used to welcome and warm up the conversation among participants in a meeting, training class, team building session, or another event. Any event that requires people to comfortably interact with each other and a facilitator is an opportunity to use an ice breaker
What is the best Icebreaker activity you have seen or used when working with a team?
Bring your best Icebreaker activity to the chapter luncheon on January 21st. Present your Icebreaker to the audience and let the audience pick a winner!
Rules:
- First come first serve only. The first four people and/or teams will be able to compete
- Icebreaker activity can not be longer than 15 minutes
- Explain the purpose of the Icebreaker and why you chose it
- Must be able to bring your own supplies to conduct the activity
- email Dale Lenahan to participate at atdna@atdnal.org no later than January 5, 2020
Learning Objectives for the Event:
- Identify Icebreaker activities that you can use with your team or another team within your organization
- Design an Icebreaker activity that will have high impact with a team
- Explain the best methods and practices for implementing an Icebreaker
