Senior Program Manager (PM) Re-Engineering Process Improvement for Information Technologies (IT), and Quality Assurance (QA) Programs as PM/Lean Six Sigma/Master Black Belt (LSS/MBB) and Agile Coach/Mentor & Scrum Master, specializing in small teams (Devs, QAs, BAs) Focus Driven Development (FDD) supporting application development as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) for software life cycle/development, and responsible for LSS Program implementation, training and support, providing Process Improvement Quality Assurance (for DPMO) Program/Project leadership to COOs, CIOs, CFOs, Stakeholder Management and support for implementing Strategic Business and Manufacturing Plans for IT/CMMI/LSS efforts (documented and verified ROIs exceeding $20 to $1) as well as process improvement managing regulatory or compliance of IT projects for private enterprise and the Federal Government. 

Through creation, implementation and standardization of Lean Six Sigma performing statistical analyses, creating/run models to predict quality and performance. Process Improvement Programs, Command and Corporation (global) DMM-MDM wide efforts, supporting successful implementations throughout the Senior Leadership/Middle Executive/Labor-Task-Fulfiller environments, enhancing resource capabilities through a standardized, easily measurable improvement-based tool set
