Marsha Dollarhide, Defense Acquisition University (DAU)

Marsha Dollarhide is an Instructional Systems Specialist for the Defense Acquisition University’s South Region. Since 2008, she has supported the Senior Service College

Fellowship (SSCF), the Army Specialty Engineering and Education program and the DAU Lunch and Learn program, in addition to numerous acquisition functional areas. 


Marsha is responsible for program marketing, instructional and knowledge systems design, support and development of the faculty career section, communication and

leadership/resource management.  



Marsha is certified as a Program Manager (Project Management Professional)

through the Project Management Institute, with experience in the DoD, Fortune 500 commercial, DoD

and NASA contractor organizations, including Rockwell International, Electrospace Systems, Ford Motor Company and the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.


She has led technology and organization development/effectiveness programs, as well as numerous operational efficiency projects with values ranging up to $80 million and up to 75 team members.   


Marsha has worked with the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Forum, a consortium of  senior practitioners representing more than 50 companies/organizations, since 2013 to connect, collaborate, and share relevant evidenced-based and experienced-proven ideas for rapidly building organizational capability using talent development and learning focused tools and techniques in a lab environment.

Marsha holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and BBA from Western Illinois University.   She is a member of the DAU Alumni Association, the Project Management Institute and the Association for Talent Development and has served on the Boards of Directors within all these organizations.  She and her husband, Lenard, reside in Huntsville, Alabama.  They have three children, nine grand-children and one great-grandchild.
