Do you want to increase performance levels, communicate more effectively, and make better decisions?  Do you want to expand your thinking capacity and learn to supplement “either/or” thinking and choices with “both/and” thinking and choices?  Do you want to learn a new management and leadership tool that can individually help you become a better leader and organizationally help your team become a more high-performing sustainable team? If so, this session is for you.

You will learn about High Order Thought TM which consists of the following 4 fundamental variables that effect performance: (1) Mindstate; (2) Communicating; (3) Thinking; and (4) Reflecting.  Additionally, this session will provide an understanding of how the principles of interdependency can radically improve how individuals make decisions, manage complex issues, manage conflict, and lead change when it is wrapped around a polarity.

You will also learn:

1.    How to identify polarities,
2.    “Map” them to understand the benefits of each point of view and the downsides of focusing on one to the neglect of the other,
3.    Leverage them to create clear, actionable strategies and measures of success for obtaining desired outcomes, and
4.    Apply Polarity Thinking to your personal and professional lives.
