Proper planning, execution, delivery, assessment and documentation of an Organizational Consultation Plan (OCP) is essential to the consultation’s success. This is the final working session of the Year of Basic Training for Consultants. We will review the parts of the plan we’ve developed in this year’s previous sessions and then look at the plan form a holistic view. We will look at a detailed plan providing tailorable steps necessary to plan, execute, deliver, assess and document your OCP and its success. As professional trainers, we are well familiar with the ADDIE model of instructional design. Your consulting plan is based on an expanded ADDIE model incorporating the basics of the time tested ADDIE instructional design model and the Project Management model as described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). You will learn how a synergistic approach can help ensure success of your consultation project.
